Day 17: Yoga Wednesday!

Big thanks to Ms. Stringfellow for teaching a yoga class to faculty every Wednesday after school. Physical fitness is a focus this year for our faculty, staff, and students, and yoga is a great way to not only get more flexible, but stronger and healthier as well.

We all survived class #1 and here we are with a "yoga selfie" courtesy of the mirrors in the dance gym. Next class we will all try and recruit a friend to get even more teachers involved.
